Educate, Agitate, Organise!

The Indian Labour Party, by its nature, works in India for the emancipation of Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), Backward Classes (BCs), religious minorities, and women from subaltern communities. The Indian Labour Party functions on the principles of socialism, secularism, and democracy. The Indian Labour Party (Ambedkar, Phule) is a nationally registered party and will contest elections conducted by the Election Commission of India every five years.

Our Vision

Strategic Collaboration

The Indian Labour Party is committed to forging strategic alliances when they serve the interests of marginalized and oppressed communities. These collaborations—with political parties, social organizations, or grassroots movements—are pursued only when aligned with our core values and long-term mission.

Purpose-Driven Partnerships

We believe that unity among like-minded groups is essential to challenge systemic injustices. Any connection or coalition is entered into with thoughtful consideration, ensuring it contributes meaningfully to social equality and transformative change.

Guiding Ideals

Our vision is deeply inspired by the revolutionary thoughts of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. These trailblazers dedicated their lives to dismantling caste hierarchies, uplifting the oppressed, and championing social reform through education and empowerment.

Legacy of Reform

We carry forward the legacy of these reformers by working toward a just and equitable society. Their enduring philosophies form the moral and intellectual foundation of our political action and community engagement.

Core Principles

At the heart of the Indian Labour Party are the values of social justice, constitutional democracy, and inclusive development. We are unwavering in our commitment to a governance model that respects and protects every individual's rights.

Equality for All

We envision a society where dignity, opportunity, and human rights are not privileges, but guaranteed realities—regardless of caste, class, religion, or gender. Building such a society is not just our goal—it is our responsibility.

Educate!

Adopting Ambedkar's Socialism

Education shall be given the highest priority. Free and compulsory education up to the 10+2 level, including access to technical education, shall be provided to all students from weaker sections of society — including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and Minorities — along with residential facilities. For higher education at the degree, postgraduate, and research levels, fellowships and financial support shall be made available. Ensuring employment opportunities shall be considered a fundamental obligation of the State. Party will strive for the empowerment of women through education and providing equal opportunities. The main objective of the party is to establish an Egalitarian Society as wished by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

Nationally Registered Political Party

The Election Commission Of India designated "Indian Labour Party (Ambedkar, Phule)" as a national political party on 23-Oct-2013
